Dank der guten und gemütlichen Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist, wie auch im Inserat angegeben, in einem Gewerbegebiet, dafür ein * weniger. Da wir jedoch tagsüber viel unterwegs waren hat uns das nicht sehr gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war aufgeschlossen und freundlich.

Het is een erg ruime woning met alle voorzieningen die je maar wensen kunt. Ook is er gedacht aan specerijen koffie en thee.
Zit aan de rand van een industrie gebied maar je loopt binnen 15 minuten naar het winkelcentrum van Bad Tolz. Er is veel te doen zoals kletteren in Blomberg, wandelen, fietsen en een aantal zwembaden.
