Charming terraced house on one level, inserted in a small and refined district a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
Suitable for 4-6 people, it is located just 400 meters from the wonderful beach of Porto Taverna, which can be reached with a short walk of a few minutes.
Pleasantly furnished, it offers very well distributed spaces.
Cozy living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa with pull out bed.
Large comfortable and very well equipped kitchenette, practical and functional. Coffee maker of various sizes, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven.
Washing machine in the bathroom.
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. In each room, the bed has a double structure, with single mattresses pushed together.
Possibility of adding beds/cradles for children.
Two full bathrooms (shower) with windows.
Air conditioning: present in the living room. Fans in the bedrooms.
However, the house is well insulated, cool in summer and warm in winter.

The north-east coast of Sardinia is renowned for its beauty and is full of beaches, islands and islets. The protected marine area of Tavolara with its archipelago of wonderful islands can be easily reached from the beach of Porto Taverna, located in front of the islands of Tavolara and Molara.
In the stretch of coast between Olbia and San Teodoro there is a succession of beaches and small beaches, all wonderful and easily accessible. Strategic position to visit the Costa Smeralda and the wildest stretches of coast in the south (Capo Comino, Berchida and naturalistic oases).
Just 13 km from the international airport and 15 from the port of Olbia. 2.5 km from Porto San Paolo (shops and supermarkets) and 8 from San Teodoro.

- Linen is not included in the costs: (because some guests prefer to bring their own). Upon request, it is possible to rent linen sets complete with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels) and a shower mat. €20 for a single set, €40 for a double set.

La maison de Laura est très agréable , (les 2 salles de bain sont un atout non négligeables pour un séjour entre amis.) et très bien située. Les modalités d’arrivée et de départ sont très claires et précises, la présence sur place de Marco et sa réactivité sont un point très positif. Tout a été fait pour nous satisfaire et passer un excellent séjour Je recommande vivement !!!

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen Ferien in Laura's gemütlicher Ferienwohnung, die weniger als 10 min Fussweg vom Traumstrand entfernt liegt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet für unsere Ankunft und wir haben uns so richtig gut erholen können hier.
