Owner did not respond after I made the rental and paid in advance. Vrbo left me without accommodations when I arrived in Warsaw after assuring me things would be fine. Vrbo then placed me in a hotel for 3 days, made NO effort to find a replacement accommodation, and forced me to rent a different p[roperty rather than doing the proper thing and taking care of my problem they created
