In the center of Trouville, 2 steps from Deauville, the beach and the train station, you will be charmed by this beautiful, bright and sunny fisherman's house of around 80m², with its 2 pretty courtyards, one of which is enclosed by walls.

House with neat decoration comprising on the ground floor: a beautiful living room with open kitchen and dining area opening onto an outdoor space enclosed by walls, toilet and storage, on the 1st level: a beautiful bedroom and a large bathroom with wc, on the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms.

Lots of charm, for this beautiful crossing house bathed in light and sun, East / West exposure, in a very quiet street, and with the possibility of free parking nearby. The shops, the train station, Deauville, the casino, the fish market, the thalassotherapy center, the sailing club, the tennis courts and the beaches are within walking distance.

This "favorite" house has been designed for lovely holidays with family, friends, or for a romantic getaway.
Warning ! this pretty old house is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
