In a small typical village, at an altitude of 900 m, the Chalet de Larcat welcomes you to the south, in a peaceful setting, with its breathtaking view of the Aston valley
The neighborhood:
The Chalet is located at the end of the village. Rejuvenate yourself while admiring the mountain landscape changing over the hours, to the sound of the bells of the herds.
At 8 minutes, return to civilization at "Les Cabannes", where all shops and services, restaurants and local products await you. Without forgetting the Sunday morning market!
Housing
The entire chalet (85m2) and the land (2000m2) are at your disposal, with a shelter for skis or other small equipment. Parking for 2 vehicles.
The 20m2 terrace faces south with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
The main room:
- A lounge area with fireplace / TV insert, CD player, Bluetooth speaker (facing south)
- A kitchen / dining area with dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The washing machine is available in the entrance.
For your evenings, raclette, fondue and crêpe party machines are available.
A bedroom with a 140 bed, facing south, overlooking the terrace.
A bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing the beds together), facing West
A bathroom with shower.
The 25 m2 games room on the first floor: board games, toys, an LCD screen with DVD player and USB port are available to all Bedding is new and comfortable
Cot loan, changing table and all-terrain stroller on request.
Sheets: 10 euros per bed
Set of towels: 5 euros / person
Cleaning fee: 40 euros.
Area :
- 25 minutes from the Beille plateau: cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, dog sledding and hiking are nearby.
- 30 minutes from the Ax 3 ski resort: Downhill skiing and thermal baths "Le Couloubret"
- Spa treatments: 15 minutes from Ussat-les-Bains and 20 minutes from Ax-les-Thermes
-Andorre: 45mn
- 8 minutes away: all shops and services, mountain bike hire, horse riding, fun pool, climbing, rafting, trout fishing
