Perfect location, by itself Comillas is a very quiet location but this area is privileged; Two gardens: one front communicated with the kitchen of about 12 meters and another rear with sea view, (beach of Comillas to scarce 200 meters), with entrance from the living room of about 25 meters; 150 meters from the Marqués de Comillas park and the Mirador de Santa Lucía, 7 km from the natural beach of Oyambre, 10 km from Santillana del Mar, 12 km from Suances, Camino de Santiago, 14 km to the forest of Secuoyas, 10 Km to San Vicente de la Barquera, 20 km to Torrelaguna and 35 km to Santander and Cabarceno Natural Park. Beach 200 meters. Walk full of restaurants and shops. Village at 200 meters. Own garage with a large square.
