Miguel (Azores), it’s a five-minute drive from the centre of Ponta Delgada—about four kilometres away. It’s a two-minute walk from Melissa Beach, a beach for those who love water sports (surfing, bodyboarding, kitesurfing). Perpendicular to the street is a road with bus stops where you’ll find transport to the city centre or to some of the island’s attractions.
T2 + 2 with two bedrooms—one double bedroom (with part of the wall below ground level) and one bedroom with a double bed, an open-concept living area with a sofa bed, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen that opens onto a dining area, a courtyard, and a terrace, ideal for four guests, but can accommodate up to 5 people.
There are many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The restaurant closest to the house usually screens cartoons during the summer season. There is also a bike path along the coast where you can walk, jog, or bike through the historic city centre.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Das einzige Manko ist das Bad. Es ist recht klein und hat keine Festen. Daher ist das Lüften in dem Raum schwierig.

L'emplacement de la propriété est TOP pour visiter l'ile! Pres de la mer avec un balcon superbe! Tout etait propre, nous avons manquer de rien a cet hébergement. L'acceuil d Elizabeth à été des plus convivial et la parking n'a jamais manqué sur toute l'ile et est tjrs gratuit partout! Merci!
