Step inside to discover a bright and airy space designed for comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area are perfect for relaxing, complete with air conditioning and a terrace leading to your elevated pool. Two well-appointed bedrooms—one single and one double—both with ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and a guest bathroom provides added convenience.

As you head up to the second floor, you’ll discover the master bedroom featuring a comfortable 200 x 200 bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, a dressing room, and a balcony with mountain and sea views. Down the hall, completely separate from the master bedroom, there’s also an open-plan area with a sofa bed and terrace.

The elevated pool on the terrace is exclusively for your use. Please note, the pool is not heated and is not deep enough for diving headfirst, but it’s perfect for cooling off and enjoying a refreshing swim on hot days.

We provide the initial supplies to get you started, and any additional items can be purchased at the local grocery store.

The villa consists of two storeys plus a ground floor and is divided into two properties. This 2-storey house, Villa Burriac, is my private residence when I’m in the country and is rented out only for two months in the summer. The independent lower unit is available for holiday rentals, ensuring complete privacy with separate entrances and no shared areas.
