Luxury apartment completely renovated with quality materials finished in May 2020, with a great location (just 2 minutes walk to the historic center of Jávea and all services and a short 7 minutes from the beach and port), private garage and very Well equipped with everything you need to make a perfect, pleasant and relaxing stay.
Because of its good location (the beach just 2 minutes away by car) in a good farm, in a very quiet area (even in high season) and with all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, municipal market, shops, etc) without having to use the car.

It offers good and wide views of the entire bay of Javea from the Cabo de San Antonio (from the lounge and terrace of the property you can see the light of the lighthouse every night, Ibiza is seen at dawn on clear days) to the Cape of San Martín, as well as the massif and mount Montgó and the flat ones (where you can also enjoy its wonderful sunsets from the terrace).

The entire property has been designed with pleasure and high quality materials have been used in it, with open and clear areas to have a feeling of spaciousness and relaxation.

In Jávea you can practice a multitude of activities, many of them related to the sea (sailing, jet ski, boat rental without skipper, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, paddle surfing, swimming, etc.) but also mountain since we have the Montgó massif at the foot of Jávea and there are many routes where you can go cycling, hiking, guided excursions, climb to Montgó, to the "Cova tallá" in Cabo de San Antonio and visit as not the most exclusive coves and Jávea beaches such as Portixol (also known as "La Barraca"), Granadella, Ambolo, Cumbres del Sol (in Benitaxell, very close to the municipality of Jávea), El Arenal (with a multitude of leisure and gastronomy options for all tastes and pockets), the mountains (first and second), Cala Blanca, Cala Sardinera, El Pope (formerly a very popular beach corner), Grava beach, etc.

And also make the "Los Cabos route" and visit the lighthouses of Cabo de San Antonio and its impressive views of the bay of Jávea, that of San Martín, Cabo Negro and of course, the Cabo de San Antonio and also admire the wonderful views that are offered from there that have nothing like it compare to it.

Highly appointed appartment not luxury, was disappointed that it was not as advertised (no hottub, no BBQ and poor wifi, ad has been partially updated to reflect this) poor comms with host who seems to think we should sort out his issues with wifi. Refund given by Abritel, as host did not respond to...
