It's a wonderful spacious kitchen which is open plan to the dining and living area.
All generations of family can be together in the space and cook, chat, play games and make memories. *DINING* Full size dining table to seat 6.
Overlooks the pristine garden with bifold doors.
During the summer you can slide open the doors and create a seamless space into the garden. *LIVING* Brand new seating and a smart TV.
Super comfortable area for relaxing and playing board games/cards or reading a book. *BEDROOM 1* Kingsize bed with luxury linens, a super comfy bed and lovely soft carpet underfoot.
There is ample storage and a dressing table which could be used as an office work station to work from home whilst away.
We also provide a travel cot (please bring own linen) and there is plenty of space to set the cot up in this room. *BEDROOM 2* Two single beds, luxury linens and a very comfortable sleep.
A good size wardrobe and a Smart TV in this room too.
Lovely soft carpet making it feel super special. *BEDROOM 3* One single bed and again, luxury linens and super comfy.
You have a good size room and plenty of space to unpack, the lovely carpet runs through into this room too. *BATHROOM* The modern bathroom suite has power shower over the bath, heated towel rail and large mirror over the basin. *GARDEN* The private, peaceful garden has a wide patio and artificial turfed lawn. *DRIVEWAY* Parking for two cars on the drive and plentiful free parking on the residential street. A travel cot is provided, as well as board games and a kitchen well stocked with essential cooking items.
Our bungalow is home from home, it is extremely comfortable and a lovely space to spend time in.
It really works for a family, with everyone having their own rooms and a great family area to enjoy meals and relax time in. Broadstairs is only 20 minutes walk, leave the car behind as parking is a premium down in the town.
You will be pleased you chose a property in Broadstairs with it's own parking! The whole of the house, garden and driveway is for your use only. We offer remote check in but have a friendly local team, Rachel & Spencer from Key Retreats Limited, who are on hand should you need any support. Short 2 minute walk along the church path to the local village supermarket where you can grab all the basics.
A longer stroll of about 20mins will take you to the vibrant town of Broadstairs with it's plethora of shops, restaurants and bars.
Broadstairs boasts the award winning Viking Bay, a sandy beach with lifeguards on duty during summer months.
Plenty to do all year round for couples and families with children. Perfectly located where you'll find peace and relaxation but within only a short walk down into the bustling town and beach areas of Broadstairs.
If you'd rather drive it will take 5 mins to reach the town car park. Main train station 10 minutes walk down the road. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you into Broadstairs plus and you can easily pick up the Thanet Loop Bus from Broadstairs Train Station to Broadstairs/Margate/Ramsgate very easily. Lots of parking in the street and easy to access all amenities, including large supermarkets and fast food outlets. Approx 5 minutes from QEQM - A & E hospital. High end fixtures and fittings which will ensure a comfortable stay in a beautiful home. All furniture is brand new as from September 2022. There is a small step from the drive to the entrance door.
Once in the property all one level.
There is a larger step over the threshold of the rear door to the garden (approx 21cms). PETS We welcome your dog/s at an additional minimum fee of £20 to cover extra cleaning.
Please ensure the pets box is ticked when selecting the number of guests, and message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age).
Maximum of two dogs. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog/s. - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Dogs must be strictly kept off the soft furnishings. - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house. - Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property. - Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them - Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down.
No noise after 10pm - Indoor shoes/slippers only please - Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture - When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows - When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 12 degrees -No Parties no events - Pets are allowed however please message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age).
Please do not leave the pet unattended at the property or allow pet on furniture.
All pet excrement to be disposed of before check out. - The lead guest must be aged 25 years plus.

Absolutely lovely property. Clean, functional and comfortable. Does need a shower mat, older people stayed and one couldnt use shower because no mat, bath deep and slippy.brilliant stay. Would stay again

A lovely stay, great location. A short walk to Broadstairs town with numerous pubs and restaurants and a lovely beach. A short drive to a fabulous retail park. The detached bungalow is well furnished with lovely clean linen and towels. Plus all the amenities you would expect for a relaxing break.
