Welcome to this peaceful residential complex in Caorle - the two-level villa offers a comfortable and well-planned layout for families or small groups looking for a relaxed seaside stay with the benefit of shared pool facilities.
On the ground floor, the living room features a double sofa bed, TV, and seating area where everyone can gather after a day at the beach. The open kitchen is fitted with a hob, oven, and fridge-freezer, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A fully equipped bathroom on this level adds everyday convenience. Upstairs, the sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus a bunk bed, making the villa suitable for mixed groups of adults and children. A second full bathroom serves this floor. From here, you also access the private terrace, a pleasant spot for outdoor meals or quiet evening moments.
Outdoors, guests enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, along with access to the residence’s outdoor swimming pool. Air conditioning, a washing machine, and private parking complete the practical comforts that make longer stays easy and enjoyable.
With beaches, cafés, restaurants, and Caorle’s historic centre all within easy reach, this villa provides a balanced mix of privacy, shared leisure facilities, and coastal convenience for a classic Adriatic holiday.

Wir kamen spät an, doch alles war vorbereitet und freundlich. Die Küche hatte eine gute Ausstattung, was das Kochen einfacher machte. Zwei Badezimmer waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Besonders gefallen hat mir die private Terrasse für meinen Morgenkaffee.

Beter dan ik had verwacht voor deze prijs. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor snelle maaltijden, en de Wi-Fi stelde me in staat om zonder problemen te werken. Het was echt handig om airconditioning te hebben tijdens de warme dagen.
