Spacious villa with a 40-square-meter private garden nestled among pine trees and jasmine. It features a barbecue and an outdoor table (seats 8) for dining al fresco in the summer. A small terrace with a partial ocean view is perfect for reading a book before falling asleep. A detached home equipped with all the amenities: 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a curved-screen TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, which spans two levels and offers a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas. On the ground floor, there is a veranda, the kitchen (with dishwasher), a bathroom (with washing machine), and a spacious open-concept area featuring a dining room (seating 6–8 people) and a TV room (with a sofa featuring an electric recliner). Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom with a small balcony, a twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined or separated), a small single bedroom, and a second bathroom.
In just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find yourself immersed in a typical Mediterranean pine forest or strolling along the beautiful beaches of Marina di Grosseto. Just a few kilometres away, you can visit the famous village of Castiglione della Pescaia, head to the exclusive resort of Punta Ala, or explore the white-sand beaches of Cala Violina.
Nearby, about a 30-minute drive away, you can explore the archaeological treasures of the Etruscans or lose yourself in the endless vineyards of the Maremma hills. You’ll also have access to an outdoor parking spot in the driveway and a parking spot inside the property.

Great house, spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shops. Powerful air conditioning which we really appreciated at the start of our stay as it was very hot! Fillippo was a great host, always responding quickly and providing lots of helpful advice.
