The space of the rural house is taken care of with care, from the beginning it was thought about the comfort and the decoration so that all the guests are at home.
The house and all its services: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and extra bed if necessary. Kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave with grill and complete kitchenware. The house is provided with sheets, towels and basic accessories for cleaning.
The house is located in the center of the town, making semi-street with Larga Street that comes out of the Town Hall Square. It is a very quiet area of La Adrada even in the height of summer high season.
You can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and other services. To walk, ride a horse, quad, bike or swim in summer, you have to take the car and in a few minutes precious destinations will be reached.
Located in the heart of the Adrada very close to the Plaza del Riñón, very close to the ambulatory, the Municipal Police and the Town Hall Square. In the neighborhood of Torrejón, 100 meters from the castle of Adrada. Area with bars and supermarkets, quiet and with great views. We are in the Hiruelas Valley Natural Reserve, a unique location for its humidity, spectacular landscapes and sports and leisure activities that can be done in the area: cycling, hiking, horse riding, quad biking, Enduro, and a long etc ... You can get there by car or bus from Madrid (Méndez Alvaro station) and by bus from Ávila as well.

5° PETS. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation; cats and any other pets are not allowed (we are highly allergic). We require a deposit of 75 euros per dog and an additional cleaning fee of 15 euros, since, at a minimum, all household linens must be washed and disinfected (beds and sofas) and an extra disinfection treatment must be carried out on all surfaces. The deposit ensures that, upon your departure, no one will notice that a dog has been in the house: it must not disturb the neighbors, climb on beds or sofas, or leave hair anywhere except on the floor.- Dogs may not be left alone in the accommodation.- Dogs may not be washed in the accommodation and you may not use the towels or any household linen on the dog.- Dogs must not be off-leash in communal areas, near other guests, or present in communal areas if there is another guest who is disturbed by their presence.
The procedure for the deposit is explained in Clause 11.
