With sunshine beating down on the region for almost the entire year (an average of 320 days) and temperatures milder than in other places at the same latitude, having a covered outdoor bar with a built-in grill is a real advantage.
The weather on the Costa del Sol is pleasant all year round. So being able to take a dip in your own swimming pool comes in handy, even if the villa is within walking distance of the beach.
In addition, air conditioning is available throughout the house, allowing you to sleep peacefully and comfortably.

Set in a safe area, La Atalaya is one of the very few houses situated between two streets, which provides plenty of privacy.
There are plenty of activities you can enjoy during your stay on the Costa del Sol. From relaxing days at the beach or boat trips to golf courses, surfing, winery tours, exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, or even luxury dining and nightlife.

ACCOMMODATION
A 220 m² villa set on a 540 m² lot, featuring a swimming pool with a Balinese bed and 5 hammocks, a porch, and a covered bar with a built-in grill.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi in all rooms and the garden. Both 65-inch TVs are connected via Ethernet cable so you can fully enjoy your favourite multimedia content through Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or YouTube. You can also watch some satellite TV.

The bar features a chest-style refrigerator so you don’t have to keep running back and forth to the kitchen to stay hydrated. Meanwhile, your friends and/or family can keep you company while comfortably seated on the built-in benches.

Lovely villa with plenty space for our party of 7 adults and 2 children. Loved the outside cooking/ eating facilities. Plenty of bathroom and swim towels provided alongside everything you would want for a self catering holiday. Highly recommend

The villa has to be 1 of the best properties we have stayed at, 5 min walk to supermarket , 5 mins to beach, bars and restaurants. From the moment you step inside we were meet with Ruebn with friendly handshake and a welcoming smile. The villa is spotless clean the outside area is absolutely fantastic and all u need to enjoy ur break in the sun, we will definitely be back,

Couldn’t ask for anything better, quality of furniture & fittings excellent, well equipped and all relatively new, air conditioning in all rooms, communication with the owner was very good, would definitely recommend.
