Le Floréal is a 100-square-meter apartment ideally located in city centre Tours, on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an lift.
The apartment is within walking distance of the Tours train station (a 6-minute walk) or accessible by car (secure underground parking at the base of the building). A tram stop is right nearby. Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find shops right nearby: an on-site supermarket, numerous restaurants and stores, a cinema, a convention centre, City Hall, and a weekly market. The location is quiet but offers easy access—just a 10-minute walk—to the vibrant heart of Tours, Place Plume, and the banks of the Loire River with its open-air café during the summer months.
The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot and the surrounding area of Tours: Tours, known as “Little Paris,” the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, and the Loire Valley’s vineyards and wines.
Recently renovated, the decor is tastefully done and the amenities are ideal: an open-concept kitchen with a central high table, a living room featuring a large smart TV with a soundbar and a cosy sofa, and three bedrooms, each with its own unique character, including a spacious master suite with a full shower room.
There is also a separate shower room with a towel warmer, a dryer, and a washing machine, as well as a separate bathroom.

This is a beautiful apartment right in the center of Tours. It is easy to get around by foot, public transport or car.We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment.Despite being so central it was very quiet. It has a full kitchen, and spacious eating area.The host was easy to get hold of and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment.

We loved this apartment in Tours. The location is fantastic, easy to walk all over the city, good space and comfortable for home cooked meals. There is a grocery in the building but it's not a great one, good to grab things you need tho.
