NEW PROPERTY
In Pont-Saint-Esprit, ideally located at the crossroads of the Gard (Pont du Gard, Cévennes), Ardèche (Gorges de l’Ardèche), Vaucluse (Avignon) and Drôme Provençale (Grignan).
Stays can be booked from Sunday to Sunday.
If you wish, you can also arrive mid-week (other than Saturday or Sunday); in that case the full week is due and this can be discussed between guest and owner.
Beautiful modern, air-conditioned villa (including the bedrooms) of about 120 m², very spacious and bright, in a calm setting.
The property sits on a 450 m² planted and fenced plot with a magical, unobstructed view over the vineyards, in a quiet neighbourhood with no nuisance.
You’ll enjoy a large shaded terrace of about 100 m², a heated 4 x 8 m pool with submerged sun deck, and a 3 x 7 m garage, just 1 km from the town centre (all shops) while still feeling like you are in the countryside.
Air conditioning is installed in all rooms and can be set independently in each one.
There are many outdoor activities and natural sites close by:
hiking, horse riding, climbing, golf, canoeing, walking and cycling paths starting directly from the villa, and water-skiing on an artificial lake.
This warm villa, with its comfort, calm, modern style, generous space, large intimate shaded terrace (essential here in summer when temperatures reach 40°C in the shade) and its large pool (about 1.60 m deep, not too deep) with submerged sun deck, is ideal for children and a real pleasure for parents.
Above all, it is perfectly located thanks to the richness of the four surrounding départements:
all offer outstanding historic sites and landscapes, each with its own character.
Gard
The most famous monuments such as the Pont du Gard and the arenas of Nîmes, magical during sound-and-light shows.
Typical Provençal markets and summer events in some of the most beautiful villages in France:

About 10 minutes away: water-skiing on an artificial lake (Lapalud).

Beaches on the Ardèche river about 10–15 minutes away:
