The villa features a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (Beds: 160 x 200 cm), and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Up to two additional single beds can be arranged on request at a cost of €90 per unit per stay. Towels, sheets, and beach towels are provided, and high chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and outdoor facilities such as a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, and garage for 2 cars with private parking. A ping pong table is also available for entertainment.
Normal electricity consumption of 30 kW/day is included. Any higher consumption will be charged an additional €0.20/kW. A €200 deposit will be charged on-site via credit card for electricity consumption.
