A beautiful Italian-style villa with four bedrooms and a large, inviting living room with breathtaking views over the Bay and the Cap Ferrat. Just 200 meters to the beach and a ten-minute walk into the beautiful town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer with its many shops and restaurants.
For guests who may find the walk too steep into town, we are happy to show an alternative path using an accessible lift.
This is an ideal holiday villa from which to explore the exclusive and most beautiful parts of the Cote d'Azur. The villa offers spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, all enjoying sea views. there is also an extra bedroom with its own bathroom perfectly suited for children. As a family, the pool was the best thing all holiday. The house is very nice but for the kids the pool was the major attraction! The view from the living room and pool is spectacular and really worth having! It’s a great location with Villefranche on one side and Beaulieu sur Mer on the other with easy access to St Jean Cap Ferrat.

The property was better than expected. It was perfect for our adult family of 8! We enjoyed the great beds, air conditioned bedrooms, outdoor eating area, lovely pool, and well stocked kitchen and bbq! We would come back again for sure!!
