This completely new accommodation, very well equipped and very nicely decorated, will offer you a peaceful stay at the gates of Paris.

The duplex accommodation, with air conditioning (except the downstairs bedroom), very pleasant from the moment you enter, consists of:
- 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs) each including a 160x200 bed, a designer wardrobe and bedside tables
- 1 shower room with a towel warmer and a large sink
- 1 equipped kitchen with its dining area
- 1 living room with its TV and its very warm side
- 2 WCs (1 on each floor)
This accommodation is in the town of Malakoff (Department Hauts-de-Seine).
Malakoff is separated from Paris by the ring road, passable at the gates of Vanves, Didot and Châtillon.
The D 906 delimits the town to the east, and several departmental roads cross the town in its width like the D 50.
Malakoff is crossed by the Coulée verte du Sud parisien which takes up part of the via Turonensis, one of the four pilgrimage routes in France to Santiago de Compostela.

Indeed, the Coulée verte du Sud parisien, which starts from the Place de Catalunya in Paris and goes as far as Massy, runs alongside the LGV Atlantique in Malakoff.
In one-way streets, two-way cycling is the rule and a large part of the cycling facilities are contra-flow lanes, very practical for your trips.
As for public transport, several means will allow you to reach Paris very quickly:
- Train: Vanves-Malakoff station is a 5-minute walk from the house, which allows you to reach Montparnasse station in 5 minutes.
- Bus 89: from Vanves-Malakoff station, this bus provides direct access to Montparnasse station, the Panthéon, and Austerlitz station.
- Metro line 13: the Malakoff Rue Etienne Dolet station is a 13-minute walk from the house and provides direct access to Montparnasse station, the Champs-Elysées and the Austerlitz guard.

Beautiful, modern, clean flat in Paris! Plenty of space for a large group. We especially enjoyed spacious rooms with king beds and A/C in the upper floor. Host was great, provided timely communication and made it very easy to check-in and out. Posted pictures accurately reflect the accomdations.
