But you can also step out of the peaceful and serene setting offered by this spacious villa to discover Saint-Cannat, a typical Provençal village, the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence, the lively and cosmopolitan port of Marseille, the calanques of Cassis, or the cliffs of the Côte Bleue.
The 200 m² villa is composed as follows:
**Ground floor:**
- Entrance hall
- Large kitchen
- Pantry/laundry room
- Spacious living-dining room accommodating 8 to 10 people, with bay windows opening onto the terrace
- Toilets and washbasin
- Large terrace under a pergola with a table and chairs for 8 to 10 people, a garden lounge, and a small lounge under a parasol
**First floor:**
- 3 bedrooms
- Bathroom with Italian shower, double sink, and separate toilets
**Second floor:**
- 2 bedrooms
- Shower room with shower, sink, and toilets
All bedrooms are equipped with fans.
The garden offers the following amenities:

- An 8x12 meter saltwater pool with a maximum depth of 1.9 meters.
- A 30 m² pool house open on 2 sides, with a small lounge and a refrigerator.
- A lit pétanque court, with a small lounge area.
- 7 sun loungers, 1 hammock, numerous outdoor chairs, and several shaded social spaces.

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of Saint Cannat, providing direct access to the forest, offering many hiking opportunities. Here are some distances from the villa:
- On foot: 10 minutes to the village center, 10 minutes to the forest and garrigue
- By car: 20 minutes to the center of Aix-en-Provence, 20 minutes to the center of Salon-de-Provence

Please note that bed linen is not included, but you have the option to rent it. Arrival is between 4 PM and 8 PM, and departure must take place before 10 AM. Upon your arrival and departure, your host will be present to welcome you, hand over or collect the keys, and conduct the inventory.
The front facade of the villa is stapled (natural disaster drought) pending re-expertise. This is neither structurally nor visually disruptive, as the living area is entirely located at the back of the house.
