THE HOUSE :
Independent villa of 140 m2 in R + 1 equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, a garden not overlooked and a swimming pool completely secure.
On the floor, 1 room with bed of 140x 190 (ideal for a couple).
1 modular room "children" with 1 bed (possibility to add a cot and / or mattress to accommodate an extra child.
On this floor, you will also find 1 independent wc and 1 bathroom (shower + bath)
On the ground floor :
1 master bedroom with a 140x190 bed + en-suite shower room.
1 WC.
1 room that can be used as a play area for children / storage. Possibility of additional sleeping if necessary.
1 back kitchen / laundry (washing machine + dryer)
The living room is fully open to the outside with fully equipped kitchen. The house is busy year-round so you'll have everything you need to cook and more (toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, croque-monsieurs and waffles machine, blender, etc.)
1 large living room of 50m2 with a dining room and another more relaxing with its sofa, its chairs and its flat screen of 119 cm.

OUTSIDE:
A garden without any opposite consists of a part bathed in light with a bar, deckchairs, dining table and BBQ / plancha gas.
Another shaded, ideal to relax in the shelter of olive trees (sofa, armchairs ...).
The swimming pool (10m * 4m) is facing south. It is separated from the garden by glass barriers equipped with two gates with special closures to completely secure access.
Plot completely fenced (animals safe, welcome outside only).
At the front of the villa, a storage space for your bikes, scooters or your car if you want it to be secure (secured by a gate).
Parking spaces are in front of the house. Very calm district. Pétanque field also in front of the house.

Belle villa située dans un quartier calme avec une piscine agréable et un joli jardin.Le propriétaire est flexible sur les horaires pour l'arrivée et la sortie. Cependant, il faut noter le manque de propreté surtout au niveau des salles de bain, des draps avec odeurs de tabac froid et la vaisselle ...

La taille de la piscine est très appréciable.
