The house "Sunshine" has 4 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with shower, a living / kitchen area, fireplace, TV, balcony, a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool bath as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house is not rented directly or indirectly to pets and is therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers!
The open, bright living, dining and Kitchen area with an unobstructed view of the Mühlfeldsee can become the focus of your vacation time together. The large glass surfaces and light strips transmit the atmosphere of the four seasons to your “own” four walls.
In addition to the high-quality equipment (underfloor heating, fitted kitchen with modern appliances), you can expect a harmoniously coordinated interior. From the south-facing terrace and the in-house sauna, you have a view of the crystal-clear Mühlfeldsee. At the same time, you have an exclusive private beach with direct, private lake access.
With your modern holiday home right on Mühlfeldsee, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off on two floors with around 160 m² of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 550 m² property invite you to relax, have a barbecue and socialize. Your fully equipped holiday home leaves nothing to be desired.
The Mühlfeldsee is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and is located directly next to the 2000-soul community Löbnitz in a charming environment with lots of nature.
For a healthy breakfast & co, it makes sense to use the fresh products of the regional producers, some with delivery service.
The holiday home area is largely delimited by a fence with an electrical entrance gate.
To the west are the Seelhausen Lake and other lakes. These were created by the former lignite open-cast mining and belong to the Central German Lake District. To the north are the Mulden meadows and the 75,000 hectare Dübener Heide nature park.
By car, bike and on foot, there are diverse and varied excursions and cultural offers. You can explore the nearby nature reserves in Leipzig's New Lake District and in the Düben Heath as well as the vibrant cities of Leipzig and Berlin, as well as the cultural highlights of Dresden and Potsdam or the Bauhaus city of Dessau.
The cycle and hiking trail network is extensive. In this way you can also reach the mills in the area.
If you like horses or Want to go horseback riding, visit the regional riding stables and experience a horse and carriage ride through nature.
If you are looking for the thrill, then take a sightseeing flight or a parachute jump, with the nearby airport serving as the starting point.
Leipzig, approx. 25 km away, offers you, your children and your friends a diverse range of shopping, relaxation, culture and sport offers - in any weather. From Auerbach's cellar to the Belantis leisure and adventure park, the Grassi Museum, the Mädlerpassage, Leipzig's Nikolaikirche, the Völkerschlachtdenkmal, the Woliday adventure pool, to the world-famous Leipzig Zoo and with first-class sporting events (e.g. B. 1. League: Football, Handball) and the Leipzig Trade Fair, the growing art and culture scene as well as an almost endless culinary selection and variety of bars, Leipzig offers you a welcome contrast program and a lot of variety. In addition, depending on your mood, the center and main train station of Leipzig with numerous boutiques and chain stores invite you to go shopping.
No matter how you want to spend your days off - as a couple vacation, family vacation or group / friend trip, with rest / relaxation, wellness / relaxation or activities, with walking, hiking or (motor) bike tours, and regardless of whether you stayed young or young , working or retired - you will feel comfortable with us. The same applies, of course, if you are a trade fair visitor or are looking for cozy and inspiring accommodation for your conference / retreat, your meeting, your shareholders' meeting or your project work. The house is open to all age groups and people with different lifestyles - with and without children, vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers: o), loafers and hyperactive people. You are always welcome - whether you are on a short vacation or a longer break and whether you are planning your summer vacation or winter vacation, whether you prefer the first warm days of spring or the colorful autumn - the Mühlfeldsee is attractive in every season.
Enjoy the days with us! You are welcome!

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage am See.Nur im Außenbereich müsste nachgebessert werden.Fenster sind voller Spinnennetze und müssten mal gründlich gereinigt werden.Ansonsten alles perfekt.
