In the Volcanoes of Auvergne National Park (UNESCO World Heritage), 50 meters from the listed Romanesque church of St Nectaire, vacation rental for 4 people (or 4 people and a baby) of 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms, including:
- a living room with TV
- equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, "Senseo" coffee maker, kettle);
- a bedroom with 1 double bed. (140 x 190);
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190);
- a large bathroom with double sinks, shower and wc.
- washing machine
- iron and ironing board.
- an enclosed garden with sunny wooden terrace, lawn, trees. Garden furniture (in fine weather) and barbecue.
- with, in addition, for the winter season, local access to skis with boot warmers.

Appartement bien situé. Dommage pour les marches un peu abruptes. Quand on a des enfants, ce n'est pas évident et ça rend le jardin moins accessible. Mais Appartement agréable.

Logement propre, au calme et bien situé pour visiter Saint-Nectaire et ses environs. Pour les amateurs de marche, nombreux sentiers de randonnées au départ du logement et dans les alentours.Acceuil au top !!!

Hébergement propre et fonctionnel. Situé idéalement dans le massif du Sancy, avec des activités et des visites à faire.Merci à l'hôtesse pour ses réponses et à la voisine pour son acceuil.Juste dommage que dans l'annonce il est fait mention d'une piscine, qui n'est pas accessible pour les locataires.
