Bright and calm, this charming house was renovated in 2019 with noble materials. It is ideally located in Beaune, between the Hospices de Beaune and the vineyards. Burgundy Creme Stone house with the enclosed, secluded, private garden to offer the tranquility in the heart of the city. Evenings by the fireside, lunch in the flowery garden, an ideal location 7 minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of restaurants, wine bars, cellars, bike rides and free parking in the street. Design space, king size bed, linen / cotton sheets, equipped kitchen, BBQ, deckchairs. AC daikin with remote.
Rare find in Beaune, secluded stone house (55 square meters) with private enclosed garden ( 150 square meters), restored in 2019. You will love the decor of the exposed Burgundy Stone, the collection of artwork, the calm and the comfort. This house has a separate bedroom with king-size bed, quality sheets, ensuite stone bathroom with Bathtub, shower ( fix and flexible), toilet. The large living room with exposed stone walls, bathed in light, opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. The immaculate sofa, filled with cozy cushions and plaids is placed next to the functional and designer wood stove, Danish brand Scan. Firewood provided (1 bundle of logs offered, more at an additional cost on request). The garden is PRIVATE, enclosed by walls (2.20 m high), it is designed as an arboretum where each plant is identified by its name inscribed on a slate plaque. Thyme, Mint, Rosemary, Verbena, fresh herbs for great herbal teas. In spring, bulb flowers will surprise you with their multiple colours. This private outdoor space brings you the much needed oxygen and peacefulness in the city. Relax on the deckchairs, a book in your hand, have lunch in the sun, on the terrace, under the parasol. The location of this house is ideal, quiet, parking is easy and free in the street, grocery store and supermarket 2 minutes walk (grocery store open every day except Monday until 10 p.m., during curfew period delivery of groceries. from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., more details in my digital guides, updated with the latest news, offered for each reservation). The passage (around 25 meters) that connects the avenue to the property also belongs to other neighbouring people. There is light at night on my property and in front of my property. Keyring with flashlight, rechargeable and battery-operated lantern in the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison MonCoeur and wish we had planned to stay longer. The cottage is lovely - quality linens and very well stocked. It’s an easy walk from old town Beaune, and we thoroughly enjoyed having a little peaceful oasis at the end of the day. Merci Cristina!

We had such a great time staying in this lovely guest house walking distance from the city center! Our host Christina was generous and helpful with information. Communication was superior and the house and garden and access to the town was perfect in every way!! We highly recommend!!
