Very large 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with 2 large sun terraces. Located in the prestigious San Roque Golf club estate. All bedrooms have very large ensuite bathrooms with plenty of space throughout the apartment. The lounge has a very comfortable sofa bed which can be made into an extra double bed on request. Additional dining table and chairs on the ground floor terrace. Choice of 2 communal swimming pools - one with an extra kids paddling pool. Both terraces have an uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean Sea and the 5th green and tee box.
Only a 5 minute walk to the magnificent San Roque clubhouse. Guests are welcome to dine in the clubhouse and bar. Satellite TV with hundreds of international channels

A 5 minute drive brings you to the neighbouring world famous Valderrama and Almenara golf courses. 10 minutes away is the equally famous Real Club Sotogrande. The very scenic Alcaidesa golf resort is also less than 10 minutes away
The fabulous Sotogrande port is a 10 minute drive away with many fantastic restaurants and boutiques.
There are miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches within a 5 minute drive.

This is a fantastic apartment - clean, spacious, well-equipped and very stylish, in a quiet neighbourhood. Very bright, spacious and well-equipped apartment in the quiet area of the San Roque golf course, with a view of the course from the terrace :)
We had less luck with the weather this week :(
