You can enjoy all the comforts of this renovated house with an outdoor terrace, a 150 m² garden and its barbecue, for a pleasant stay.
Location & surroundings
Free parking spaces are available 20 m from the house, rue Mangeard or on Place Washington (paid during the day but free in the evening).
You will find in the street wine shop, butcher, bakery and a city crossroads.
Access to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit by TRAM (15 minutes) 5 minutes walk from the house.
Access to the city center in 7 minutes on foot and to the old town in 15 minutes.
