Just a 5-minute drive from the Saint-Jean train station, this property is situated 600 m from the Bordeaux Nansouty area (a historic, recently renovated area of Bordeaux) where you’ll find all the amenities you need.
It is also well-served by public transport (a bus stop 90 m away with 3 lines, a tram stop just a 10-minute walk away that takes you to city centre Bordeaux, and a V3 bike-sharing station 600 m away).

- A travel cot for children can be provided upon request.
- This property features a free, secure parking space in front of the house, enclosed by an automatic gate—you’ll be provided with a remote control. (A second parking space is available as an option for 60€/night)—street parking is free for 1 hour and 30 minutes (with a parking metre).
- We ask guests to clean the property before departure. However, we also provide a mid-stay cleaning service for a flat fee of 50€ per stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the house. It’s not that we don’t like them, but for reasons of hygiene and allergies.
- Parties and gatherings are not permitted; we are in a quiet area and must be considerate of our neighbors.
