Private: natural garden 2'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with alarm system. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Plage de la Bocca" 30 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Grasse 17 km, Cannes 32 km, Nice 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 16 km, Sainte-Croix 85 km. This heated pool has a maximum temperature of 26°C!

Jolie petite villa en dehors de centre du village avec belle piscine, terrasse et emplacement voiture et arrêt de bus à 15 mètres. Suffisante pour 4 personnes. Le jardin est grand mais manque un peu d’intimité ( piscine visible de la rue et voisinage) et d’entretien. Nous avons eu droit à un très chouette accueil.
