House of 35m2 renovated in 2022 in residence with unheated swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09 and beach at 600m.
Living room with corner sofa, TV, WIFI and table with 4 chairs and 2 stools.
Kitchen equipped with combined oven + microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge + freezer combination, coffee maker, kettle, toaster....
Bathroom with shower 110/80 and WC on the first floor.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140/190, dresser, wardrobe, travel cot and mattress available.
A 2nd bedroom with bunk bed 140/190 downstairs and 90/190 upstairs.
Safety gate at the top of the stairs.
The staircase is quite steep, we do not recommend accommodation for people with reduced mobility.
The hot water tank has a capacity of 100 liters, so it is advisable to be careful and organize yourself accordingly.
Outdoors
Outside, terrace in enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, 2 deckchairs, barbecue, and transport trolley for shopping or the beach.

- Nature has created a multitude of insects that can sometimes sneak into the home despite the cleaning being done conscientiously, such as a few ants or mosquitoes, or outdoor nests, please excuse us and do not hold it rigorous.

Die FeWo ist recht beengt (im Bad kommt Wohnwagen-Feeling auf), aber modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage am Meer ist gut, aber außerhalb der Saison ist hier alles dicht, und im nahegelegenen Erdeven gibt es wenig Gastronomie.
