This beautiful and welcoming apartment is located a short walk from the first beaches and the center of Chiavari, a charming town on the Riviera di Levante.
After a short walk you can also reach the center of Lavagna with its characteristic medieval historical center divided into districts, a tourist port among the largest of the Mediterranean, the seafront promenade and the panoramic road from which you can enjoy impressive views of the Gulf.
Visit also the handicraft stores, the antique market, the aroma market, the restaurants and the trattorias where you can taste the farinata (typical Ligurian dish based on chickpea flour) and pesto.
This is the ideal place for the family to relax after a day at the beach or after one of the many daily excursions that the coast offers: Rapallo with its castle (10 km); Sestri Levante (15 km), which stretches towards the sea; Santa Margherita Ligure 18 km; Portofino (25 km), from whose promontory you can enjoy a unique panorama.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden. Wir durften auch früher rein .Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett.Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuss erreichbar . Das Meer konnte man auch zu Fuß erreichen. Also "" TOP "" immer wieder gerne. Liebe Grüße an den Vermieter Doris und Renato

Very comfortable, quiet and clean location. Take bus 798 from the main street, if you wish to trip Rapallo or Santa Margherita to the North, or Sestri Levante to the South. For further destination take the regionat train, the station is about 20 min away.A good pizza is just around the corner, supermarkets such as Conad or Carrefour at 5 min walk.

Gute Lage, Check-In war problemlos, Schlüssel am Zaun im Key-Safe. Wohnung liegt ruhig und nahe am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke. Parkplätze findet man mit Glück in der Strße oder Nebenstraße ansonsten am Stadion. Preis-Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung.
