This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
Ideally located in a quiet area near the hilltop village of Rustrel, the residence is very quiet.
Parties and noisy guests are not permitted.
Ideally located in a quiet setting near the hilltop village of RUSTREL, in the Luberon Natural Park, in the heart of Provence, it’s the perfect starting point for excursions to the region’s most beautiful sites and villages: Colorado Provençal—accessible on foot from the residence—the weekly Provençal market in Apt (9 km), Saignon (13 km), Roussillon (20 km), Gordes (25 km), Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (40 km), Fontaine-de-Vaucluse (40 km), Avignon / festival / Palais des Papes (60 km), Aix-en-Provence (65 km)… Set in a 19th-century historic building.
The residence is set in a park shaded by century-old plane trees and features a large, secure 17 m x 7 m swimming pool—ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers after a day of sightseeing or for swimming laps to the sound of cicadas.
Private parking in the shade.
Hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the residence. 58 m² apartment on the 1st and top floor of the residence with 2 bedrooms.
The bedrooms: A duplex master bedroom with a 160-cm bed featuring a new memory foam mattress and a fold-out baby crib.
One bedroom with two bunk beds—one 140 cm and one 90 cm—each equipped with new memory foam mattresses.
Living room with one sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a round table, and chairs.
Bathroom: sink, shower, storage cabinet, toilet.
Kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, food processor, dishes, stone picnic table, and barbecue.
Included: a welcome kit with cleaning supplies, a few coffee pods, and tea bags to help you get your stay off to a relaxing start.
The cottage is fully equipped for a self-catering stay.
