- Expenses: - Electricity charges apply starting at 70€ for 7 nights (the first 70€ are included in the booking price). Beyond this amount, a charge of 0.25€ per kW will apply. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out.

The location is brilliant - between Soller and Port de Soller - with the tram stop literally outside the front gate. You can also walk to the Port in 10 minutes. The walking routes which are breathtaking start behind the house. The house is charming and the garden is beautiful with the orange and lemon trees and the view of the mountains. We loved the Pool too.
