Our recently refurbished home has been designed to be both spacious and stylish making it great for family stays, group meet ups and business trips alike.
You'll benefit from having the entire place to enjoy with 4 bedrooms containing Personal TV's in each and 8 comfy beds for up to 13 people, a fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area, Living room and Garden.
The central location means you are only minutes away from cafes, restaurants, Town, The New Arena, Beaches, Mumbles and The Gower.
The space
You have private use of our entire home which includes:
All of which have there own TV to use at your own leisure and hotel quality lining to make your nights sleep as enjoyable as possible.
You have Superfast WIFI throughout the property.
Outside you have a garden with a dining set to use on those warm summer evenings.
And if you prefer not to cook one hundred yards away you will find a street with some of the best Cafes, Restaurants and Takeaways Swansea have to offer. We know that your going to love staying at our home and we look forward to hosting you Guest access You will have access to the entire property including the private garden. Other things to note No pets or party's are allowed unfortunately.
Our home is in a residential area so please be respectful with the volume in the home. Supermarkets Just over 100 yards away to the right as you leave the front door on Brynymor Road. Local Attractions Within a short walk/drive you will find everything from town center shopping, Beaches, Golf courses and the beautiful town of Mumbles. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
