Our 50 m² studio apartment is located on the upper floor of a working farm practicing mixed farming (wheat, corn, and potatoes).
Access to the upper floor is via a comfortable, covered staircase situated above the owners' garages. Our accommodation is just 1 km from the village center, where you will find all shops and services, as well as a swimming pool and a cinema for your leisure. Living room/bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, washing machine, no dishwasher). 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) (maximum occupancy of 2 people). 100 cm TV. Secure parking: Large shared courtyard with space for 2 vehicles. Bed linen and towels provided.

Located north of Lille, our holiday cottage is just a few kilometers from the Belgian border.
Halluin and its surroundings are brimming with treasures to discover.
Whether you wish to explore the surrounding countryside, visit historical sites, or immerse yourself in local life, our cottage is the ideal starting point. You can easily get around thanks to public transport located just 200 meters from the cottage, with regular connections to Lille and Tourcoing (Ouigo train station).
You can also explore the cities of Menin (Belgium) 3 km away, Kortrijk 14 km away, Roubaix (La Piscine Museum) 14 km away, Villeneuve d'Ascq (Pierre Mauroy Stadium Decathlon Arena) 20 km away, Lille 23 km away, Tournai 40 km away, and Ghent 60 km away. If you need to go to the Lille University Hospital (CHRU), please note that it is only 24 km from our gîte. Amenities include: Fireplace, Clothes dryer, Internet or Wi-Fi, Sauna, Motorcycle-friendly, Electric vehicle charging station, Ground floor bedroom, Washing machine, TV, Microwave, Optional cleaning service, Company car-friendly, Car-free access, Linens provided, Ping-pong table. This apartment was brilliant and just right for the location we needed for an event.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
the apartment was large ,spacious and full of light. very tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
We also had the use of the garden and a gazebo was set up for us to use.
Quiet location but within walking distance of town.
