Villa Tisa is a 160m² fully equipped villa, designed for a relaxing, carefree family holiday on the west coast of Istria.
Set in a peaceful, quiet location, the villa is just a 10-minute walk from restaurants, cafés and the local green market — the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, with everything you need within easy reach.
The pool is the heart of the villa. At 9m x 4m, the freshwater pool features a shallow section where younger children can play safely, while adults can cool off or enjoy an evening swim under the stars. Sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower complete the pool area.
Fire up the stone BBQ in the garden, relax in the shade of century-old olive trees, or let the kids explore the small bio garden at the back of the house where they can pick fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs straight from the ground. The 1,100m² fully enclosed plot guarantees complete privacy throughout your stay.
Inside, the villa sleeps up to 6 guests across three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is fully equipped so you can arrive and simply relax.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett, jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit.Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der Pool und der Grill haben den Aufenthalt bereichert. Abends mit der Poolbeleuchtung drauße...

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 2 Wochen in der sehr schönen Villa Tisa in Labin. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der tolle Gemüsegarten und der sehr schöne Pool. Vielen Dank dafür.
