On the floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen with full view on sea, 1 room of water with separated TOILET. On the ground floor, small lounge and fitted kitchen, as well as 1 bathroom and separate toilet.
The house is fully equipped with appliances (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob (vitroceramic), coffee maker, toaster, ..) and outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, hammock, plancha, ..).
It is equipped with Wi-fi and has a flat-screen TV on each floor.

Weekly rate: from 600 € to 800 € depending on the period (600 € from June to mid-July, 800 € from mid-July to mid-August, 600 € from mid-August to mid-September)
