Holiday home located on the heights of the old village, in a quiet street, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the hinterland, near the train station (1km) and amenities, and the gates of Spain.
Proximity to the beach and the diving club, as well as the hinterland (hiking, mountain biking ....)
With 2 terraces including 1 overlooking the bay of Cerbere, and a small garden, this house on 1 floor (120m2) has 3 bedrooms: 2 downstairs (1 with 140x190 bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds) and 1 upstairs (cot 160x200).
On the floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen with full view on sea, 1 room of water with separated TOILET.
On the ground floor, small lounge and fitted kitchen, as well as 1 bathroom and separate toilet. The house is fully equipped with appliances (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob (vitroceramic), coffee maker, toaster, ..) and outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, hammock, plancha, ..). It is equipped with Wi-fi and has a flat-screen TV on each floor. Weekly rate: from 600 € to 800 € depending on the period (600 € from June to mid-July, 800 € from mid-July to mid-August, 600 € from mid-August to mid-September)
