In the heart of the Baie de Somme in Saint-Valery, enjoy a family holiday in our charming 65-square-meter fisherman’s cottage in the heart of this traditional area. The house accommodates 4 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults).
On the ground floor, the living room features a sofa and armchairs; the dining table seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, is located on the ground floor.
You reach the upper floor via a narrow staircase. The first sleeping area has two pull-out beds (one 80x200 / 160x200 pull-out bed and another 90x190 / 180x200 pull-out bed). Walking through this sleeping area, you’ll reach the bedroom with a double bed (140x200). The upstairs area is in the attic.
The apartment is equipped to accommodate very young children: a safety gate upstairs, a travel cot available, and a high chair.
Outdoors
You’ll also have access to a separate room attached to the house where outdoor furniture is stored. Outside, you have access to an adjoining room where you can bring the patio furniture (a small table and two chairs) out onto the street—and put it away after use :)
Location & surroundings
It’s located just a 100-meter walk from the bay, the pier, the high street, shops, and restaurants. From here, you have a magnificent view of the Bay of Somme.
There are few parking spaces in the fishermen’s area. The best option is to park at Place des Pilotes (note: market on Sunday mornings) or at the Corderies car park. Paid parking is in effect throughout the city from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except between noon and 2 p.m.). There is only one free car park at the entrance to the city, near the Carrefour supermarket. This car park is about a 2.5-km walk from the holiday rental (a free shuttle is available during the season).

Zeer charmant huisje met uitzicht op de baai (door de dakramen).Verkeersvrije steile straten aan en rond het huisje en enkel gratis parkeren buiten het centrum. Hier hou je best rekening mee als je minder mobiel bent of niet wil zeulen met bagage. Plooifietsje is handig!Winkels en horeca op wandelafstand.
