Die Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses sind gut.
Die 200 € teure Endreinigung scheint lediglich in die Reinigung des Bodens investiert worden zu sein. Die Bäder, insbesondere die Toiletten, waren eine Zumutung. Auch die Küche mussten wir vor dem ersten Gebrauch gründlich reinigen, was vor uns wohl für sehr lange Zeit niemand gemacht hat.
