Saffrons Apartment is a well equipped stylish apartment with a large dining sitting room, a well equipped spacious kitchen and a cosy double bedroom with an inviting double bateau lit bed where you can cocoon yourself in luxury Egyptian cotton.
Just off the bedroom is the wet room with a large walk in shower, basin and WC.
A welcome pack with fresh flowers, tea, coffee, milk and orange juice as well as a selection of treats.
•Stunning spacious first-floor apartment sleeping two guests, enjoying a private patio area, located just a short walk from Little Chelsea and Eastbourne’s main shopping area, pubs, restaurants, attractions, and beach.
•The property is located overlooking the Saffron’s Cricket Ground, with glorious views of the South Downs. The seafront is a gentle twenty-minute walk from the apartment, with its popular beach and Victorian Pier. A great selection of restaurants and quirky independent shops in the Little Chelsea area of the town are five minutes walk away. To the west and easily accessible on foot from the apartment, is the start of the South Down’s Way, with Beachy Head and its breath-taking vistas located within an hour’s walk from the property.

Outside, there is a seating area with a table and chairs and a sunny aspect for that morning cuppa or sundowner.
Parking is unrestricted in the road, subject to availability.
