How about a stay in a (redeveloped) GDR department store, in the middle of a (public) oak park?Fully equipped, separate apartment, with full use of the garden and private parking.
The apartment is 50m2 and has a bedroom with a large (180cm) double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped (incl.
Dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc) and is open to the living room.
In the living room there is a large couch with sleep function, so that the apartment can be used by up to 4 people.
There is also a walk-in closet, a small utility room and a bathroom with rain shower.
The whole apartment has underfloor heating and is at ground level. Meusdorf, in the south of Leipzig, is Leipzig's green bacon belt, with direct connection to the NEUSENLAND in Leipzig (with its innumerable lakes, Markkleeberger See is 10 minutes away, recreational facilities, water sports, amusement park Belantis and many more).
This part of town is quiet, but very well connected to the public transport (bus + train) and highway and you are within 15 minutes in the city center.

Die FeWo ist schön, modern eingerichtet und wunderbar sauber. Lediglich der Blick von der Terrasse oder anders gesagt, den Blick den die umliegenden auf die Terrasse haben, ist zu einsichtig und die Überwachungskamera irritiert etwas. Aber sonst alles prima

Es war alles sehr schön und so wie es beschrieben wurde. Der eine fehlende Stern liegt an dem Nachbsrgebäude. Dort finden wohl ab und an Partys und andere Veranstaltungen mit lauter Musik bis spät in doe Nacht statt. Bei den 9 Übernachtungen hatten wir an einem Tag Pech. Sonst alles tippitoppi.
