Nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Villeneuve-la-Garenne, our studio offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Its modern design and thoughtful amenities provide a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

It is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four where you can dine with loved ones. You can also access a big balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, including an oven and a microwave.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Public parking is open between 8h30 AM and 11 PM. (In the commercial direction crossroads opposite 10 meters 30 meters).

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
