Very big room but noisy house with poor noise insulation.
No curtain on the roof window.
No mirror near electricity plug for hairdryer.
Parking place in front of the house.
Nice place to have breakfast. Breakfast provided was o.k.

The guest house is a bit quirky and has character. The room was a bit drab but the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well and it was quiet once the people upstairs went to bed and the floorboards stopped creaking. Breakfast was fine and the breakfast room pleasant and light. For the price I had hoped for something more special.

Room was clean and good size, bonus having access to a kitchen. Most people staying were contractors who were helpful and friendly with myself and grandson.
