We offer a 55m² clean, priv. Apartment in Berlin's green south. The apartment is located upstairs of our house with a separate staircase and is fully equipped and bright and friendly for up to 4 people. It consists of 1 living room with dining area, 1 bedroom, 1kitchen 1Showerbath, 1litte Floor.
Each room has a flat-screen TV is available in the living room also .in bedroom.1Music System with DVD, the extra bed for the 3rd u.4. If two people want to sleep separately, it is also an extra bed and would have to be booked accordingly (then for 3 people).Person takes place in the living room on a functional living environment. All windows are fitted with blinds and the entire Floor consists of laminate. There are Linens, towels, and tea towels.
Good shopping and transport links to the City and surrounding areas.
Kurfürstendamm you are by car in about 30 or take the only in10 minutes walk. distant subway line 7,
Bus stop in about 3 Min. Nearby supermarket about 5min.
Pets are not allowed

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich,die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Wir waren am Rande von Berlin doch mit der U-Bahn war man schnell im Zentrum.Uns und unseren Enkelkindern hat es sehr gut gefallen Danke an den Gastgeber

Eine gemütliche ruhige Wohnung. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bett bequem. Auch der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Es gab sogar einen Obstkorb zu Begrüßung. Wir komme gerne wieder :-)

Super gemütliche FeWo! Ausstattung auch top, es fehlte uns an nichts. Zur Begrüßung standen Sekt, Wein, Wasser, eine Schoki-Auswahl und ein riesiger Obstkorb für uns da. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert, ohne je aufdringlich zu sein. U-Bahn, Edeka und Bäcker in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Berlin kommen, wollen wir wieder hier wohnen!
