The house can accommodate 6 people with its 3 beautiful bedrooms equipped with very good quality bedding. They are all equipped with mosquito nets.
The ground floor is characterised by a large living room. It consists of:
• A large living room with TV (cable and satellite internet), a 3-seater sofa, 2 large armchairs, an authentic oak sideboard and a coffee table
• A dining room with a magnificent oak table and a display case (various board games available)
• An open-plan kitchen open to the living space including (oven, microwave, electric hob, plancha, toaster, percolator, dolce gusto, etc.)
• A pantry adjoining the kitchen including (large fridge, freezer, washing machine and storage space)
• A toilet with automatic ventilation/ventilation
Upstairs, you will have 3 bedrooms which all have large storage cupboards: • A first with 2 beds of 90cm with a view of the pool • A second with a drawer bed with also a view of the pool • A third with a bed of 180cm with a view of the garden
Also upstairs: • A bathroom with a spacious shower • A separate toilet with a window overlooking the valley
Outdoors
You will have access to a large private swimming pool reserved only for the residents/tenants of "La Baume" (16 lots) and located immediately in front of the residence.
You can enjoy the outdoors at any time thanks to the covered terrace overlooking a beautiful garden and offering an indisputable tranquility.
