- The deposit is 500 euros. It will not be cashed. Our secure deposit system (SWIKLY) borrows your credit card.
The tourist tax is to be paid on site by check or cash (except airbnb)
- Your concierge Claire will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
- Linen is included (tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats).
- Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save on the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set (with towels) Double bed €30 / Single bed €25. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.
- The cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. We ask our guests to leave the accommodation as they find it on arrival. A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer an optional "full cleaning" package for 100 euros.
