Arrivée le samedi 16:30, à 18h30, 48h sans eau chaude car l’agence ferme à 18h … . Lundi 19h00 problème résolu. À part cela, tout s’est bien passé.

A clean and pleasant stay. We stayed here during our ski holiday and had a great time. The town of Saint Gervais les Bains is very cozy and has many shops and restaurants. The approach route is steep on the last part, snow chains are required if it has snowed.
