Studio sans âme, aucune déco, semble en cours de finitions : salle d’eau avec un lave linge qui dépasse du plan de l’évier tant en profondeur qu’en largeur … un plaquage au mur en cours de finition. Juste en dessous d’une chambre bouillante. Aucun placard pour le rangement… bref il y a mieux surtout ne pas croire à descriptif soit disant luxueux… tout juste passable.

Des A/R fréquents entre l'appartement et le vieux Lille. Donc très pratique. Le confort de l'appartement est au RDV.
