It is nestled in the heart of the city of Carini, among the characteristic Sicilian streets surrounded by local traditions, in the historic quarter square of the cathedral, at the foot of the castle that preserves the legend of the Baroness of Carini.
It enjoys a central position that allows you to access on foot the many artistic buildings and churches of the Middle Ages.
Also on foot you can reach the lookout that has a terrace from which you can start the day with a rich breakfast crowned by a frizzantina air that offers the hillside location of the charming Carini.
Furthermore, a few kilometers away you can reach the Bioparco di Sicilia, a naturalistic park, where inside there are exhibition spaces that host dinosaur models, tropical plants, reptiles, an aquarium, a botanical garden, an area dedicated to PETER PAN to amuse the children.
Equipped with a large picnic area where you can stop after a long walk. The Poseidon shopping center is reachable within 4 km from the house, the ideal place to shop and spend time at SHOPPING, equipped with living areas. Guests can enjoy a holiday without losing sight of the historical and artistic value of the town, being a stately home with luxury finishes and high design furniture. Equipped with all comforts: digital TV, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tools and kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toiletries, towels and bed. The house consists of an entrance into the living area, a large Livingstone area and a living room, a large and comfortable built-in kitchen with a 5-burner hob.
An internal marble staircase with a unique design will lead you to the sleeping area, comfortable and private, with a furnished bathroom complete with shower. Well connected, just a few km from the sea, from Palermo 'Falcone e Borsellino' airport and from the motorway junction that allows you to easily reach the city of Palermo, the capital of culture 2018 and the impressive cathedral of Monreale, a UNESCO heritage site. A few kilometers away you can admire the marine village of Sferracavallo where you can taste the freshness of the fish, it also deserves the well-equipped beach of Capaci which offers days of full relaxation surrounded by the sea and then you cannot give up taking a visit to the fabulous village of Isola delle Femmine where you can watch the traditional fish market. The wonders of the area continue, you just have to book at our facility where our guests will represent part of the family so they will be pampered and enjoy our total availability. Amazing experience! We’ve never had such a welcoming, warm welcome. The apartment is in the heart of this charming historic town. We got lucky to be there during the 3 day celebration of the Crucifix with the whole town out celebrating. Apartment is very big and has absolutely everything. Hope to come back
