- 7m2 kitchen with access to the garden, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove + oven, extractor hood, espresso machine, microwave, large fridge and freezer compartment, etc.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with balcony, 140 slatted bed base, duvet, s. adjoining water (shower, sink, wc) accessible from the bedroom (sliding door).
- Small L-shaped garden enclosed by walls and flowers (oleanders, hydrangeas, etc.) with wrought iron garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, expo south and west.
- Easy parking in front of the house
- Beaches at 450m, Shops (U express, bakery, bar-tobacco-press) at 1km, train station and old port at 1.3km

Logement très bien situé tant par la mer que par le centre de Pornic.Il est très bien en général, bien agencé, bien décoré mais la propreté à approfondir, (alèse de lit tachée, poële mal lavée…)

Hébergement super : proximité de la mer et ses randos confortable il ne manque rien.Il y meme une cour fermée trés bien pour nos velos.Cadre très sympa surtout avec une semaine très ensoleillée .Je recommande ideal pour un couple.
